My Dream : Close at Hand...

WOW, It has been a while since I last updated my blog.  I have really been busy with work, kids, family and finding time for someone that I have been greatly neglecting... : ME !  Sorry for being absent for so long but here's why and where I am in life now...

It has taken me a few years (sad) to rebuild my credit and self-stability.  After a long hard fought battle, I have finally got to see more than just the light at the end of the tunnel.  As I am now closer to the personal and financial stability that I have always wanted to have, the time has finally come in my life to reach for my dream.  As some of you know, I have a real love and passion for Property Management and Real Estate.  You just have to be careful of the state and the market area that you are in because some parts of the country is still suffering from sluggish sales in certain areas.  Depending on your credit and job status, it can be a very rewarding life decision or a hellish nightmare.  

You must make your own path in life and let nothing and no one hold you back.  My problem was that I was always being held back and side tracked with someone that meant me ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD at all, as well as jobs that offered me no stability and no solid ground to stand on to support myself and my family.  At the same time, those jobs always kept me further and further away from my true dream in owning and operating my own office in Property Management / Real Estate Sales because they were in completely different career fields with long hours and low pay.  I was burning out fast.  

It's been a real struggle, in my fight to regain control over my life and finances.  I have now won that fight.  I am now ready to take the next step...  I am scouting properties in 2 states and market areas that I believe is a good place for me to start.  

    

That's about buying and managing the properties that I want to market for investments in my Property Management career.  Now, as for where I personally want to live myself...?  Well..., That's the next blog entry...

Sweet Dreams...

      I have done many things in my lifetime.  I have worked in a paper factory, Acting in TV Commercials, went to school for Television and Radio Broadcasting at CSB, Hosted several internet shows, worked at Baltimore's Inner Harbor, Hospitals, Hotels, Restaurants, Retail hell, Warehouses, etc.  I did whatever it took to pay the bills.  

      However, the 1 thing that I really wanted to do in my life and with my life, I was never able to grasp due to foolish and time wasting stumbling blocks that I sadly allowed to hold me back in life.  However, I did come extremely close back in the mid 90's.  I had so many things to get in the way of my dreams.  I was always pushing my true dreams back further and further.  Putting it on hold and continuously getting side tracked.  

      Here is WIDSOM : Let NOTHING and NO ONE side track you in life.  Allow NOTHING AND NO ONE to have the power to greatly influence your life and your decision making.  Find what you are passionate about.  Learn what is important to you.  Find what fives you the greatest joy in life.  Then..., go after your dreams with FULL FORCE and with ALL YOUR MIGHT and HEART !  For the only one who truly holds you back is... : "YOU" !  You are truly your own worse enemy in life...  NO ONE ELSE.

Renewed Hope...

      

      Well, since coming back to my home state of Maryland in order to regroup, things has been going pretty smooth with only minor bumps.  I am only expected to be here for a very brief time then I have plans to start my new life in The "Land of Enchantment" in the summertime.  

      My kids missed home (at least what THEY think of as home anyway), my mother wanted to see me and I also had a chance to iron out a few wrinkles.  I just finished a Maryland Real Estate course with Long and Foster and I passed with no problem at all, Thanks to an angel in the form of a Little Blue Smurf (Actual TRUE Story).  Anyway, My 100% Full Focus is now on moving to Albuquerque where I expect a whole new way of life.  I can't wait !  

     

      I have taken steps to clear my credit and I am now chasing my dreams : to "Once Again" Own my own Property Management business where I can provide Affordable Housing to families and hire people "Without Judgement", and get them back to work.  I now have Renewed Hope that I still have a bright future ahead of me.  With that being said, I am glad that I had a chance to come back to Maryland just 1 last time but this place has grossly changed and it is Definitely NOT for me.  I will always be a Natural Born Maryland Native.  However, it is time for the next chapter of my life so...  Good Bye Maryland... and HELLO :

Home Coming

      Well, here it is, Mid-March 2014.  I now find myself once again standing here on Maryland ground.  I am doing things just a bit different this time around...  I am wiping the slate clean and starting from scratch.  I am all set to start working on my Real Estate License on April 9th.  I am chasing my dreams and not allowing "Anything - or - Anyone" to stand in my way.  I want to explore properties in both Maryland and New Mexico.    

      It's really amazing to me how many people "claim" to love me and care for me, but at the same time, try their best to sabotage me and stand in the way of my dreams.  Well, guess what, I WILL NEVER AGAIN ALLOW ANY ONE to stand in the way of me and my dreams.  I am now more focused and determined to grab my dream and run with the ball.  

      I have changed a lot over the years...  In fact, I now look like a completely different person altogether, than I once was.  However, The 1 thing that has never changed, is my dreams of making it in Real Estate and re-building my Property Management business.  The Housing Market is now PERFECT here in Maryland for getting what I want in life.  How sweet..., a Productive Home Coming.  I now have a chance to get re-established and chase my dreams all in 1.  

      NOW, all I need is a good woman who will forever stay by my side and remain 100% loyal, faithful and dedicated to me and also hopefully share in my dreams together.  NOT someone weak who would just run off and abandon me when the chips are down.  Do "ANY" females these days still believe in standing by their man anymore, in this day and age ?  I sure as hell have not seen it (YET to date), so I guess the answer is : NO !  Oh well, I guess I will just do what I have always done...  BURY MYSELF IN WORK and "TRY" to forget my inner pain, like I have always done for so many years now...
